VirtualHatch, Inc. was founded on 22 January 2025.
AI is becoming something other than a generator of text: it uses tools, runs code, operates systems and moves things in the world. But a capable model and a system that keeps running safely on site are not the same achievement.
VirtualHatch builds the technology that carries an AI's decisions into software operations and machine motion, under control. Who may do what, and how far. Which path an action travels, how it is verified, and how it is recorded. What we design is the layer of execution and control that sits between intelligence and reality.
At founding, our work covers three things: developing and deploying AI agent systems connected to real business processes; Physical AI and robotics built around Vision-Language-Action; and OmniHatch, our execution and control infrastructure for AI agents. From desk work to machine motion, we design and build the systems through which AI decides and acts.
